How should I care for my Hill House items?
Most of our cotton and linen products are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend hanging them to dry to preserve the integrity of the fabric and smocking.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
